The Opportunity:

We are in search of a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team at Ember Valley. As a pivotal member, you'll harness your leadership prowess to spearhead innovative marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify industry trends and consumer demand, informing strategic marketing campaigns.
Develop data-driven insights to shape product and marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Partner with sales to drive revenue growth through lead generation and promotional activities.
Oversee and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering their development and performance.
Amplify brand storytelling and increase awareness through various channels, ensuring consistent messaging.
Coordinate digital and print advertising efforts, including social media management and merchandise creation.
Remain abreast of competitor activities, providing strategic insights to enhance market position.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous leadership experience in field marketing, preferably within the cannabis industry.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
In-depth knowledge of the California cannabis market and regulatory landscape.
Proven track record in devising and executing innovative marketing strategies.
Willingness to travel extensively within the California territory.
Must be 21 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements:

Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
Ability to sit for extended periods.
