Summary/Objective: As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. This position requires a deep understanding of our company's products and programs, coupled with effective communication within the customer service department of various leading organizations.

Essential Functions:

1. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding order status and product information.
2. Process customer orders, changes, and returns in adherence to established department policies and procedures.
3. Collaborate with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
4. Provide timely feedback to address service failures or customer concerns.
5. Work collaboratively with the sales team to exceed customer service expectations.

Work Environment: Remote Location/Work From Home

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Flexible hours with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. Set your own schedule to accommodate your needs.

Starting Pay: $9-12 per hour
