Job description

Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive Manufacturing Engineering and Supervisory experience
- Exposure to Paste printing, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Reflow soldering, Wave soldering, Selective Soldering, Hand soldering, Through-hole insertion, and Assembly processes
- Familiarity with IPC standards and Statistical techniques
- Good understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Continuous Improvement, Process Control, 5S, and Cycle Time Reduction
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in production and capacity planning
- Strong people management skills
- Experience in production management and on-time delivery metrics
- Ability to manage manufacturing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Focus on improving Quality and Process Control in day-to-day manufacturing activities
- Ability to plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
- Proficiency in problem-solving tools and active follow-up
- Initiative, "can do" attitude, collaboration skills, discipline, self-motivation, and a sense of urgency
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
