The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Family and Community Service’s Infant Toddler Program is currently recruiting a Psychosocial Rehab Specialist to work in the Twin Falls office. Psychosocial Rehab Specialists provide case management services for children ages birth to three years old with developmental disabilities.


This position will include working within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities also include intake, assessment, eligibility determination, development of Individualized Family Service Plans, resource development, collaboration with community partners, and ongoing service monitoring for children and families involved with Infant Toddler Program. Minimal travel is required.


The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare is a drug-free workplace. In addition, successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal history background investigation. Employment is dependent upon satisfactory results of the investigation.
