Job description

Well-established private optometry practice located near downtown Fremont, CA has an opening for a part-time or a full-time optician. You will be joining a fun, creative, and friendly team. We work hard but also love to take part in various team-building activities, social events, and friendly artistic competitions.

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and motivated individual to join our professional team.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have exceptional customer service skills
• Expertise in retail frame sales and contact lens sales/training is highly preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and adjust patient eyewear
• Ability to work well as a team member, as well as perform individually
• Experience with insurance billing and reimbursement preferred
• Must be available to work 1-2 late shift hours per week and 1-2 Saturdays a month
