Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $18-$40/Hour
Experience: - High school diploma or GED.
- Formal vocational training is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in compressor maintenance.
- Experience with Caterpillar and Waukesha engines.
- Familiarity with Ariel, GE, and other gas compressors.
- Knowledge of emissions controls, Control Panel, and I&E.

Summary: This is a full-time Shop Technician position based out of Oklahoma City, OK. Shop and reports to the shop supervisor position.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform skilled tasks encompassing all levels of maintenance, repairs, and overhauls.
- Adhere to all company and customer policies and procedures.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Stay abreast of technological advances in the industry and continually develop skills accordingly.
- Showcase and enhance leadership skills within the team.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment, contributing as a valuable team member.
- Maintain a professional image in all interactions.
Qualifications: - Proficient in compressor and engine maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for general electronic and mechanical control problems.
- Mechanical aptitude is essential.
- Willingness to work designated hours.
- Successful completion of all drug-related and background testing.
- Possess a full set of hand tools as defined by company standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Openness to attending required training classes and seminars.
- General computer skills and the ability to use the computer as a diagnostic tool.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
Certificates and Licenses: - Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Physical Demands: - Regularly lift heavy objects.
- Extended periods of time spent standing.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
