The BDC Manager role supports our company mission by growing our business through prospecting and communications to produce appointments from internet leads, phone calls, active service customers, and previous customers. The BDC Manger will provide coaching and mentorship to a sales team with a wide variation of experience and skills. Success will be demonstrated by commitment to continual improvements in processes and performance. Leading by example is the only path to success.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and update CRM processes and communications to convert lead opportunities via Internet/ Phone/Text to an in-store visit or sale prior to arrival. Generate sales prospects from current customer base, as well as active service guests.
• Track and communicate performance benchmarks through daily and monthly reporting.
• Meet regularly with CRM company. Monitor trends and concerns. Collaborate with General Sales Manager and Operations Director on improvements to maintain best practice.
• Motivate the sales team to be ‘A’ players, reach monthly unit goals & achieve award-winning customer survey metrics. Create accountability coaching through daily/weekly mentorship.
• Manage CRM processes and follow-up tasks, confirming appointments, DMS to CRM reconciliation, merging duplicate customers, updating lead and phone-up status.
• Develop Sales to Service process for prospecting potential upgrade and trade-in opportunities.
