We would love for you to join our team! We offer in-home care in nearly all locations of the valley and surrounding areas. This includes, but is not limited to: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Ahwatukee. Description: The Caregiver is responsible for providing high quality, safe and supportive care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. In addition, the Caregiver will assist the patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), and other necessary task that are essential to their every day living. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Personal Care- Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, showering, and dressing.• Mobility- Assist with ambulation, physical therapy exercise and walking inside and outside the home.• Meals- Assist with the planning and preparation of meals• Housekeeping- perform light housekeeping duties where needed (dishes, bedding, laundry, dust, sweep, mop, etc.).• Reminders- Remind clients to take prescription medications and of scheduled appointments.• Errands- Complete shopping task or accompany patients while they shop.• Transportation- Provide safe and reliable transportation to appointments, shopping, pharmacy, and other errands as needed.Education, Certification, License:

• High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Current TB Testing
• CPR/First Aid (will provide resources if needed).
• DCW Training (will provide resources if needed).
• Fingerprint Clearance (will provide resources to obtain).
• Minimum of 0-1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
• Hoyer Lift Experience (client specific requirement).
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
• Must be 18 years or older
