As the leader of our startup team, you will play a key role in driving growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are seeking a highly skilled relationship builder who is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the development of this new business unit. Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on real estate investment strategies
- Analyze properties (BOV, comparables, research)
- Prepare & promote marketing materials for exclusive listings
- Prospect new client relationships and network with other industry professionals
- Negotiate exclusive listing & purchase & sales agreements
- Manage documentation and databases
- Lead training workshops for fellow commercial agents
- Lead team members & ensure cross-team collaboration
Qualifications:
- Florida Real Estate License
- Excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market
- Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders in the industry
- Awareness of current economic conditions, interest rates, and industry dynamics that may impact commercial real estate investments and transactions
- CCIM is a plus, but not required to start
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or a related field is a plus but not required
