ASSISTANT POOL MANAGER

PAY RATE: $15.42 - $21.59 (Depending on Experience)

SCHEDULE: Part Time - TBD (To Be Determined)

DEPARTMENT: Recreation - Legacy Center

JOB SUMMARY

This position assists the Aquatics Manager with day-to-day responsibilities. One could plan to supervise head lifeguards and lifeguards, deal with disciplinary issues of staff, lifeguard at times, and other administrative duties. We are looking to fill morning, evening, and Saturday shifts.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of work in aquatic facility management is preferred.
• Certifications include current Red Cross lifeguard certification, current CPR and First aid certification.
• LGIT and WSIT certifications are a plus.
• Computer literacy and ability to work with the public and other Legacy employees are required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and good general health.
• Looking mostly for someone to work 1-2 shifts a week and mainly be a substitute.
