As a QA / Test Operator, you will have the opportunity to peer/learn from experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
As part of this opportunity, we are looking to compensate with $2.50 per hour (utilizing shift differential payment). The Team Captain along with the Operations Manager will assess your performance monthly and will provide constantly feedback.

· Work Shift: 7am to 5:30pm
· Overtime expected
· Ability and willingness to stand for a minimum of 10 hours per day, and lift up to 40lbs unassisted as required
Internal Job Posting Description:
Key Responsibilities (QA)
• The Quality Assurance Operator evaluates finished product on and off of a moving production line in a high-speed environment
• The Quality Assurance Operator determines the disposition of active production parts to ensure DFS standards are being met
• Must be prepared to escalate concerns to the appropriate party and always promote a culture of quality
• This mission role is to ensure all products that we ship to customers met our Quality standards and expectations
• Guide production teams to properly disposition parts as good for use, needs repair, or scrap
• Document & communicate any identified defects
• Escalate concerns that are not being properly resolved in your immediate work area
• Comprehend current production quality standards and determine if ongoing production meets those standards
• Communicate emerging and trending quality issues to prevent negative impact to the factory
• Construct and maintain strong relationships with members of all nearby teams
• Ability to perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting of quality issues that will be referenced by technicians, engineers and management
• Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed
• Wearing Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to: safety glasses, safety shoes, and adhering to prescribed safety rules and guidelines
