Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing various HR tasks and functions, supporting the overall HR operations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
2. Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Provide expertise and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices to employees and management.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry into HR systems.
5. Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
6. Assist in employee performance management activities, including performance reviews, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
7. Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
8. Conduct regular training sessions for employees on various HR-related topics.
9. Stay updated on employment regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
10. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and legal regulations.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with HR team members.
