Supervisor Responsibilities

• Assist management with day-to-day restaurant operations
• Provide leadership and motivate team members
• Meet operational expectations and control costs
• Build relationships with guests and handle guest issues
• Serve as a model of hospitality

Required Skills and Experience

• 1 year of experience in a guest-focused business
• Natural leadership skills and willingness to learn
• Professional appearance and excellent communication
• Ability to use a point of sale system
