The Opportunity
HUB PR's Auto Claims Advocateworks closely with our clients to ensure top of the line service with their auto claims. This role maintains continuous communication with the insurance company with the end goal of closing our customers claims as soon as possible. A sense of urgency, attention to detail and actively bea customer oriented is essential to comply with our service standards.
A day in the life…
Responsible for guiding and assisting our clients on auto claims or potential auto claims.
Must be an intermediary with insurers and insurance companies andassist in the entire process of a claim, from its inception until our client is indemnified for their claim.
Proactively assist our clients in obtaining a quick and fair settlement from insurers.
Provide clear and timely information on the status of our clients' claims.
Analyze offers and/or determinations of the Adjusters of the insurers to protect the interests of our clients.
Advocate for insurers in complex cases. This includes meetings with insurers and/or clients.
Provide effective, diligent, and complete service in all our clients' auto claims.
What you will need for success
Bachelor's or associate degree
Minimum of one year of experience
Preferred experience with EPIC

Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
