Sam Edelman has an incredible opportunity for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our highly creative, forward-thinking retail team. Are you confident, proactive and trend-savvy with previous experience working with a luxury or contemporary fashion brand? You’ll be perfect for this position if you also have experience at a supervisory level and are a strong sales-driver who enjoys spending time on the floor working with your team and clients. Compensation Starting Pay is $22.00/ hour -$25.00 / hour Uncapped Commission! What You’ll Be Doing Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Manage sales floor to ensure we are providing inspiring customer experiences and maintaining strong client relationships through customer-first approach Help Drive Team Sales Goals: Ensure team consistently utilizes company selling model to actively engage and connect our customers with the Sam Edelman brand Uphold Store Presentation Standards: Exhibit a passion and enthusiasm for the brand, ensuring timely execution of in-store promotions consistent with company brand standards Provide Coaching & Feedback: Provide associates with coaching and performance feedback to encourage growth and development, actively identifying opportunities to promote from within Cultivate a Culture of Professionalism and Respect: Foster a professional and safe work environment where associates are valued, respected and recognized for their contributions Perks You'll Enjoy! Commissioned Sales Earnings: There is an opportunity to expand your earnings with uncapped commissions. Final compensation can vary based on guaranteed hourly earnings and opportunity for commission-based earnings in each pay period.
