Neighborhood Tennis Academy, located in the heart of Coral Gables, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Associate. Position: Part-Time Front Desk Associate
Location: Neighborhood Tennis Academy, Coral Gables
Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 am - 12:00 pm, Sundays: 7:30 am - 1:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our programs and services
- Manage court reservations and scheduling for lessons, clinics, and events
- Process payments, registrations, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- Coordinate social media content creation and posting, including but not limited to updates on events, promotions, and community engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of tennis or sports industry is a plus, but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
