Are you ready to embark on a journey where your compassion can change lives? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Behavior Assistant to join our team in an IB Residential Group Home for adults with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavior issues.
Position: Full Time Behavior Assistant
Shifts Available: We currently have openings for the following shifts: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
1 year of verifiable work experience
Ability to handle behavior issues with empathy and patience
