Job description
Responsible for assembling automotive parts while adhering to a specified set of blueprints. The assembler will monitor the correct quantity and quality of finished material, manage parts inventory, and use hand tools and mechanical equipment.

- Meet production fulfillment needs of customers
- Maintain high standards of company procedures and codes of conducts
- Uphold manufacturing process that is safe, efficient, and sanitary
- Read blueprints and assembly instructions
- Positions or aligns components and parts
- Uses hand tools or machines to assemble product
- Conducts quality checks on all products
- Cleans and maintains work area and equipment
- Prepares work to be accomplished by understanding parts list, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
- Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
- Assembles components by examining connects for correct fit, fastening parts, and subassemblies
- Quality checks on finished products
- Resolves assembly problems; notifies supervisor
- Maintains inventory of bins
- Documentation of production and quality forms
- Training of employees as directed by Supervisors
- Performs other duties as assigned
- 3 months of relevant manufacturing experience
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions
- Ability to lift 15lbs
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- High School diploma or GED
