Your leadership will be instrumental in overseeing various clinical service lines, including adult primary care, pediatrics, gynecology, psychiatry, and counseling.

Job Description:
As the Chief Medical Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all providers, including the Director of Nursing, Director of Quality Improvement, and Mental Health Director. Your duties will encompass advising the Executive Team on medical and clinical aspects, collaborating on organizational development, and implementing operational enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all providers and relevant directors, fostering integrated clinical and mental health operations.
- Collaborate with the COO and leadership team to implement new clinic processes and systems to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the collection and analysis of statistical data to drive continuous improvement in medical practices.
- Establish benchmarks for quality care and oversee compliance with standards.
- Develop expansion plans for special programs across all MCH sites, focusing on fiscal responsibility and patient satisfaction.
- Efficiently coordinate clinic operations, personnel, and policies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain a clinical presence by conducting duties 1 to 2 days per week.
- Implement Quality Assurance and Improvement programs, including performance reviews and peer evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree and board certification in a specialty.
- Valid medical license.
- Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- 10+ years of clinical experience with a minimum of 4 years in leadership/administration.
- Experience in clinical risk management is advantageous.
