Clean Room Carpenter
HIGHLIGHTS Location: Harrisburg, PA
Position Type: Direct Hire
Residency Status: US Citizen or Green Card Holder ONLY
ONSITE 70-75% Travel Job Description: Our client is seeking a ââââskilled Clean room Carpenter to join their team!
Responsibilities: - Project lead but not a manager, ability to assist, maintain communication with clients and technicians and report daily to the project manager. Build out spreadsheets or other documentation as needed to keep all parties informed and updated on how the project is progressing. Maintain the timeline to completion.
- Supervise and or load yourself, job trucks, and trailer with the required equipment.
- Clean and organize tool or project boxes to make sure the next persons who use them are set up for success.
- Ability to run small and large projects. .
- Ability to jump on jobs in emergencies.
- Ability to work with outer subcontractors and ensure they are meeting the requirements for the company.
- Ability to work up a method of procedure MOPS, site assessment, communication with project leads and rebid prior to acceptance and implementation.
Service Tasks: - Perform all tasks to make repairs and bring the facilities.
- Electrical wiring, running power, and low-voltage lines.
- Lighting, installation, replacement, updates
- HEPA, installation, replacement, updates
- Outlets and switches installed.
- Controls as needed for pressure temp or humidity.

Plumbing - Sink upgrades.
- Eye washes
- Sprinkler caps and related water items
HVAC - Duct work, running fitting and fabrication.
- Plenums and builds outs, cut in and or as needed
- Hanging and support systems
- Exhaust systems, Exhaust fans
Carpentry - Walls and windows installation and removal
- Flooring
- Doors
- Drywall and modular rooms
- New acrylic install
- Bumpers, cut, router an fabricate and hung
- Ceilings, tiles, and updates
- Caulking for smooth and impermeable
Manage - Time management for projects to meet goals and deadlines
- Assist others in their jobs and sow abilities in repairs
- Positive attitude and reflect in work habits
- Maintain a positive attitude on our employer to all personal
- House keeping and job site organization
- Maintain a clean and orderly project site
- Clean up after others and yourself, demonstrate good housekeeping

- Report to the project lead on all purchases
Documentation - Maintain time records
- Progress logs and daily reports back to the project manager
- Document with pictures and other collection forms to ensure that all items are new or used and properly accounted for.
- Maintain records of equipment used and schedule of sold items
- Work with the CFO to ensure that all aspects of the jobs or accounted for and billed for.
- Working knowledge and respect to the USP standards
- Continued improvement to the QS and its implementation
- Solve for issue and develop corrective actions that will make all other jobs easier.
