Marketing Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Griffon Aerospace, a leader in the exciting Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) and composites industry, is seeking a talented Marketing Manager. We are seeking innovative individuals who want to join an up tempo, maker culture that proudly provides products and services to support the American Warfighter!
PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter.
- Capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- An open mind and teachable spirit.
- Design skills (a plus, but not required).
- Ability to work from our office in Madison, AL. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Create and execute marketing plans across various channels.
- Collaborate with our marketing agency partners, serving as their main POC.
- Assist the Griffon leadership team with decks, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Serve as gatekeeper for all photo and video assets, ensuring proper distribution.
- Manage corporate apparel.
- Manage trade show logistics (advertising, booth details, accommodations, etc.).
- Travel to trade shows to represent Griffon on-site.
- Manage the marketing budget.
- Create and maintain processes that keep the business running smoothly.
