If you are looking for an explosive employment opportunity as a Roofing/Siding Project Manager, we have a great opportunity for you! Our Project Manager oversees the post-sale processing of new business from the point of sales through the installation. The Roofing/Siding Project Manager works to resolve issues identified during the quote approval process, measuring and ordering roofing and works with the vendors to inform them of new jobs in a timely manner and resolves problems discovered at the time of install.

Primary duties and responsibilities:
Supervise Onsite Subcontractor's Performance, & ensure Company Processes & Procedures are followed
Assist with Roofing services as needed
Manage each assigned project with a balance between excellent customer service and cost containment
Maintain high standards of workmanship, that adhere to Original Plans & Specifications, as well as Company Standards.
Detail-Oriented & Budget Consciousness.
Knowledge of Proper Material Take-Off's
Strong Understanding of "Scope of Work/Project", and ability to break it down for Project Coordinators
Strong Communication, Leadership, Time Management, Problem Solving, Risk Management, Technical, & Negotiation Skills
Customer Relations, and Ability to Discuss Project Processes with Customers.
Ensure that all issues are resolved and the most efficient and cost effective way to ensure customer satisfaction
Diagnosing and solving issues when a customer has a complaint or is not satisfied
Diagnosing, handling and solving issues that may arise throughout an installation
Ability to Service any Warranty Work in respective Product Field
Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
Oversee all aspects of Projects, from Implementation to Completion.
Allocate Resources for Assigned Projects
Ability to lift 75+ pounds.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required - Secondary education preferred
5-10 years of Construction Management or Project management experience
Must have 5+ years experience of Roofing install experience
Must provide Portfolio of work performed and managed
A polished and professional demeanor
Self motivation and discipline
An ambitious and competitive nature
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Resourceful problem solving abilities
Highly evolved customer service skills
A personality and skill set that is scalable
Top notch customer service skills
