We're on the lookout for a motivated professional to join our team as a Principal Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist or SR Principal Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist. What You'll Do:

Collaborate on subcontract specifications and terms and conditions.
Coordinate with key stakeholders such as contracts, engineering, quality, and more.
Prepare bid packages, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and administer resulting subcontracts.
Identify strategies to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and manage risk through strategic negotiations.
Manage and develop strategic suppliers.
Execute teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
Negotiate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
Maintain compliance with written procedures.
What You'll Need:

For Principal Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist 3:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
6+ years of supply chain, procurement, business management, or related experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 4+ years with a Master's Degree.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
For Sr. Principal Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist 4:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
Ten+ years of supply chain, procurement, business management, or related experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or eight years with a Master's Degree.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in supply chain planning, proposals, or supply chain program management.
Expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Professional experience in a regulated industry.
Knowledge of FAR/DFAR.
SAP experience.
Demonstrated negotiation experience.
