We are currently seeking a talented Pricing Analyst to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success and program delivery excellence.
Position: Pricing Analyst
Location: 60% Remote
Start Date: March 2024

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive competitive research and analysis to develop effective price-to-win strategies for cost/price proposals.
- Prepare detailed project status reports and funding analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain cost and pricing templates, models, and narratives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including leadership, business development, and accounting, to provide competitive pricing and proposal support.
- Manage subcontractor pricing and proposal processes to ensure alignment with overall pricing strategy.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in pricing and cost proposals within government contracting, with a focus on IT services.
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), demonstrating strong financial acumen.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and insights from complex data sets.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly expert-level skills in MS Excel.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working within government contracting and program office environments, with an understanding of associated regulations and processes.
