GoCanvas is seeking a performance-oriented Marketing Technology Manager to aid in the development and maintenance of our marketing tech stacks and lead related user enablement. If you have a knack for driving, managing, and optimizing commercial tech stacks, this job is for you. 

Your role will be integral to our pre-sales operations, shaping the architecture of our marketing tech infrastructures. You'll consolidate redundant technologies, discover cutting-edge technology products, and equip our team with the right tools and training to aim high and get the job done.

Being key in maintaining and optimizing the marketing technology infrastructure, your responsibility will extend to optimizing technology implementation, managing vendor relations, executing tool renewals, performing process enhancements,  and leading the development of marketing technology governance and roadmap.

Your Most Important Initiatives:

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for our marketing tech stack and technology ecosystem
• Research, vet, and propose new marketing technology products, aiming to consolidate repetitive technology within the current ecosystem.
• Manage and optimize the technology stack through onboarding & offboarding of tech stack users, regular audits of permissions & users, and managing vendor relationships and contract renewals.
• Promote tool adoption and best practices by providing training and support to ensure optimal usage of technology to support company goals.
• Integrate marketing technology products within the technology ecosystem and monitor and act on integration errors.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure proper tool onboarding, integration, and data compliance of our marketing technologies.
• Work with key stakeholders to improve/optimize overall marketing processes through technology.
• Evaluate marketing performance/impact and make data-driven recommendations to improve processes, infrastructure, and technology investment.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and automation with hands-on experience administering marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and Salesforce.com
• Understanding of how to manage a Marketing Technology Stack (Examples: Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Wistia, Qualified, Salesloft, LeanData, etc.)
• Knowledge of general SAAS licensing and provisioning models are preferred
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving technology needs
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• General understanding of online marketing tactics and best practices 
• Analytical thought process with a conscientious, thorough, and organized approach to work
• Innovative, motivated, organized, high-energy team player who likes to take ownership
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally
