Define governance and standards for process documentation and email communications.
Gather and document requirements for new systems and system changes, assessing their impact on back-office operations.
Project Scope and Methodology:
Define and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
Evaluate different project methodologies and select the most suitable approach for each initiative.
Facilitate project planning, risk identification, and resource allocation.
System Implementation and Enhancement:
Oversee the implementation of new IT systems, enhancements, and upgrades.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and address any issues promptly.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between IT teams, business units, and external vendors.
