Job Title: Real Estate Litigation Attorney
Job Location: Downtown Los Angeles Hybrid
Salary: $175k-$275k
Requirements: 5+ years experience in Real Estate Litigation

We are a mid-sized law firm located in downtown Los Angeles representing businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals in civil litigation and Transactional cases for over a hundred years. Due to growth, we are looking for a couple talented Litigation Attorneys to join our ranks.

What You Will Be Doing

- Consult and handle all Real Estate litigation
- Prepare documents, assess partnerships, negotiate deals
- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
- Represent in legal proceedings.
- Design and oversee the companys policy and position on legal matters.
- Protect the client against legal risks and violations.
- Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
- Negotiate deals on behalf of the client.
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years experience in Real Estate Litigation
*Must be barred in California*
