Job description

Nesco Resource is looking for a Production Technician located in Danbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: 7AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday

Pay: $20/hour

Position Overview: Assist Manufacturing Team in implementing process evaluation and improvement

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze assembly prints, drawings, specifications and translate for production.
• Study production methods, processes, and tooling to find ways to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering team to evaluate product design for potential to manufacture more efficiently.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to modify manufacturing processes to correct quality issues.
• Creat and implement work instructions to support ISO Certification requirements
• Good attention to detail.
• Works as a member of a team.

Skills & Attributes:

• Associates degree in Engineering or 2 years' experience in manufacturing
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. CAD experience a plus
