Job description
Cool Springs is looking for a minister who will be in charge of the welfare and oversight of the church. He is responsible for proclaiming the Gospel of Christ and encouraging the church body to do so, for guiding the spiritual development of the congregation, for providing pastoral care and meeting the spiritual needs of persons in the church and community and for providing administrative leadership for the church.
We believe we are poised to make a great impact for God’s Kingdom in Sanford as the area is experiencing increased growth with multiple apartment complexes and new neighborhoods being built with a projected 1,000 families moving within a few miles of our campus. We seek someone who genuinely loves the Lord, is passionate about serving and building relationships with people and their families and will join us in our mission to share the gospel with Sanford.
