Job description

Overview: The CPO is an integral member of the BACR Executive Team and is responsible for the smooth-running operations, quality, and financial performance of the six Industries within BACR. The CPO works closely with industry, administrative, and financial teams to ensure that the agency's vision, values and annual and strategic plans are reflected in all BACR program operations. The CPO directly manages 6 Industry Directors and the Grants Management & Compliance Director.

Responsibilities:

Oversee team of Industry Directors to provide leadership and support over all operational aspects of BACR’s service programs. Ensure programs are high quality, conform to agency values and support the agency’s competitive advantages.

Represent BACR programs/industries within executive, financial, and administrative teams, assuming a pivotal leadership role in fostering communication and alignment with BACR's vision.

Provide strategic leadership and collaborative support to the CEO and actively participate as member of Executive Team

Actively partner with administrative staff in implementing and enhancing BACR policies and procedures and maximizing compliance, efficiency and communication. 

Develop necessary systems/processes to achieve shared knowledge among all Industry Directors in both annual planning and evaluation

Work with the People & Culture team to support succession planning, career path planning, training and development opportunities for staff.

Above is the pay range for this position that we reasonably expect to pay. Individual compensation is based on various factors including experience/education, skillset, and geographic location.
