Pay: $20 - $25+ per hour, Depending on Experience

Known for their expertise and dedication to excellence, this firm is seeking a highly organized and motivated Legal Office Administrator to support their dynamic team.
WHAT YOULL DO:
As a Legal Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the office by:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assisting colleagues and partners in administrative tasks to ensure seamless case management.
- Managing phone calls, correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.), and appointments.
- Maintaining records and databases to ensure all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Supporting case preparation by assembling legal documents and materials.
- Facilitating communication within the office and with clients to foster a professional and supportive environment.
REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience as an office administrator, legal assistant, or relevant role within a legal setting, preferably with a background in maritime law.
- Familiarity with legal documents and terminology, as well as office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Law or Office Administration are a plus.
