Job description
Main purpose of the role:
To apply subject matter expertise of SAP FI/CO, MM and SD and to assist the Business in day-to-day operation. The position should provide guidance and control system operations for SAP and related applications to support business operation through the provision of optimum services and to support business growth.
Analysis :
- Analyze business processes in all relevant vertical connected to Finance in shipping industry.
- Document processes and establish best practice.
- Serves as liaison between Finance of agencies and Head office for the implementation of the SAP modules.
- Understand localization/regulatory requirements of Asia Pacific countries for Finance in shipping industry.
- Directly coordinates information integration.
Implementation :
- Serves as liaison between Finance of agencies and Head office for the implementation of the SAP modules.
- Understand localization/regulatory requirements of USA region for Finance in shipping industry.
- Directly coordinates information integration between different systems within Finance modules.
- Manage IT projects in USA regions for Finance.
- Participate in new rollouts, fit-in and gap-analysis.
Support :
- Recommends modifications to maintain data integrity and accurate report generating functions for the Finance as a whole.
- Guide users to provide to management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities via the use of the SAP.
- Deliver and arrange regional SAP, MM, SD training for users.
- Provide SAP Application support to agencies/regional headquarter.
- Align, Analyze and propose solutions for financial regulatory business requirements on country level.
Control :
- To monitor user activities in SAP, MM, SD
- To control and guide management in IT procurement process.
- Advise / Guide user in application appropriated authorization.
- Assist in IT budget review, systems Authorizations and Control Processes.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5-10 years Strong experience business analysis on system applications in Finance.
- Solid knowledge in SAP ERP - FI/CO, MM, and SD.
- SAP Certificate is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, ability to interact with business team, understand business requirements.
- Strong business analytical skills and creativity in solutions design.
- Solution driven and Teamwork and leadership skills.
- Strong Gap analysis, documentation, coordination, and project implementation skills.
- Candidates with less experience will be taken as in Analyst Role.
- You must be currently authorized to work in the USA in order to be considered for employment.
