Medical Claims Processor Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of medical claims, ensuring all necessary information is present for processing.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve any discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate claims adjudication
- Liaise with internal teams, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to facilitate the resolution of claim-related inquiries
- Address and resolve insurance-related issues promptly.
- Enter and update claim information into the system with meticulous attention to detail.
Medical Claims Processor Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Medical Claims Processor or similar role.
- Familiarity with medical coding, billing practices, and insurance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using relevant software and databases.
