Job description
Vagaro is seeking a highly skilled CRM Architect with a strong focus on Salesforce to join our dynamic team. As a CRM Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM solutions to support our marketing, sales, customer success, and technical support teams. In addition to Salesforce, you will manage other CRM related platforms such as Zendesk for Customer Success/Support and HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

How you will contribute:
- Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions leveraging Salesforce to support sales, marketing, customer success, and support teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
- Customize Salesforce platform using declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow) and programmatic development (Apex, Visualforce) to meet business needs.
- Configure and integrate third-party applications and plugins within Salesforce ecosystem to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Lead CRM system integrations, data migration, and synchronization efforts to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Develop and maintain CRM architecture, data models, and system documentation to ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance with best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams on CRM-related projects, initiatives, and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement solutions to improve system efficiency, stability, and security.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage other CRM related platforms such as Zendesk for Customer Success/Support and HubSpot, ensuring alignment with Salesforce and overall business objectives.
Who we are searching for:
- Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing CRM solutions, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using declarative tools and programmatic development (Apex, Visualforce).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and SQL databases.
- Experience managing other CRM related platforms such as Zendesk and HubSpot, with a focus on customer success, support, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver results, and drive projects to completion within tight deadlines.
