Responsibilities

• Create insurance quotes and assist with policy changes. 
• Educate, advise, and cross sell clients. 
• Build clientele via warm leads, referrals, networking, and winbacks. 
• Answer client questions, handle objections, and meet sales goals. 
• Assist with payments and update client information.

Requirements

• 4-40, 20-44, 220 Property & Casualty License
• Property and Casualty personal lines insurance customer service experience required. 
• Strong computer and technical skills, Hawksoft AMS experience a plus.
• Professional communication skills.
