Job description

Job Summary

The Claim Review Specialist is responsible for entering and processing initial claims and completing preliminary calls to employer, provider, injured worker and Bureau of Workers Compensation as appropriate. They will also be responsible for documenting the results of gathered information and collecting all initial medical documentation necessary to process potential claim updates.
