The opportunity:

HPH has a dynamic and supportive veterinary team looking for a well-qualified Hospital Administrator to help support the growth and development of our practice. The perfect candidate will be responsible for working alongside the medical director to accomplish our growth and development goals and support our mission of fostering well-being in the community by tending to the human animal bond with compassionate medical care, emotional support for caregivers and community outreach.  

Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership duties include but are not limited to:

Oversight and development of the hospitals financial and budgetary activities including but not limited to:

Seeks out, identifies, and promotes best practices in our industry.

Oversight and development of operational functions including establishing and maintaining internal standard operating procedures.

Developing community outreach strategies to generate awareness of HPH service offerings -- including education, marketing, public relations, and participation in community events.

Works with the hospital team to ensure appropriate marketing procedures are implemented.

This is not considered a remote position.
