Join us at FNA Group as a Warehouse Supervisor in Mesquite, TX, where you'll lead a team of material handling personnel and spearhead their training program. Take charge of the picking process to optimize material flow, reduce changeover times, and ensure seamless operations. Your role will involve overseeing daily warehouse activities to guarantee the safe and accurate storage and retrieval of inventory. To excel as our Warehouse Supervisor at FNA Group in Mesquite, TX, you'll need a minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in computerized inventory and tracking systems, as well as knowledge of Bar Coding System, is essential. Experience with transportation management systems and other software applications is a plus. Competence in MS Excel and Microsoft Office/Outlook will be crucial for success in this role. Your ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines, even amidst interruptions and changing priorities, will be key.
