Job Role: Business System Analyst
Location: Sacramento, CA- Hybrid
Duration: Long term contract
Mandatory Qualifications (MQ)
Five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
- Five (5) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
- At least three (3) years of that experience must have been as a senior OCM of one or more large or complex IT projects.
Three (3) years of expert level experience supporting projects related to IT Infrastructure; supporting multiple 3 enterprise infrastructure architectures and technologies, including physical and virtual servers, storage, network, security, backup, and disaster recovery.
Three (3) years of expert level experience supporting projects related to IT Application assessments and 4 documenting AS-IS (on-premise) vs TO-BE (Cloud) IT architecture diagrams, narratives, support models, roles and responsibilities.
Three (3) years of expert level experience supporting projects related to hybrid cloud infrastructure backup and recovery planning, documenting repeatable processes, and testing with key IT technology groups in support of specific business units current, planned and new initiatives, with a major focus on proactively ensuring an adequate recovery. - Five (5) years of experience practicing clear and concise writing and grammar skills, excellent message delivery, attention to detail, collaboration, data gathering and analysis.
Possession of various industry Organization Change Management certification/s".
Possession of a "Bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying 8 experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
