Founded in 1948 and has grown to become one of the largest privately held jewelry manufacturing companies in North America offering its customers a large selection of fine jewelry products across multiple channels of distribution. We own a portfolio of distinctive jewelry brands. We design, manufacture, and distribute to a wide range of retailers such as independent jewelry stores, national chains, big box retailers, Amazon and on our own Direct to consumer/Ecomm sites.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of strategic brand marketing and management of portfolio of brands. This role will report directly to the VP Marketing, and will work in strong collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, and Ecomm teams. This person must have experience in strategic brand building and project management to drive the aggressive forward movement of the priority brands, and all their moving pieces. Experience in brand building activities such as developing positioning statements and consumer personas, POS and displays, promotions, photoshoots, involvement in B2B & B2C sites, social media platforms, email marketing and training are required. This position will require someone who has experience of building brands that are both trade (B2B) as well as the end-consumer facing (B2C).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the Brand Owner and advocate to ensure the voice and visual representation of the brand is behind upheld across all audiences, communication touchpoints and marketing materials.

Develop the brand marketing strategy and multi-channel go-to-market launch plans and tools needed for each channel.

Work closely with Sales teams to develop, execute, and evaluate customer and in-store activities, which includes but is not limited to POS, visual merchandising, promotions, and CRM to ultimately drive traffic and sales in retail environments.

Work cross-functionally with product merchandising & sales to develop brand & product marketing strategies and components for multi-faceted 360 marketing plans and present recommendations to leadership.

Own and manage the brand marketing calendars to ensure the right brand stories are being told at the right time, in the right sales channel with the right communication vehicle.

Work closely with the Digital Content Manager and Trade Communication Manager to make sure all branded assets and tools created are reaching the appropriate audiences.

Develop unique packaging and innovative POS materials to deliver the brand message in the in-store environment.

Own the strategy, process, and execution of all brand photoshoots including but not limited to campaign shoots, lifestyle/editorial shoots, and product photography.

Develop, manage, and oversee the marketing budgets by brand.

Develop all branded sales support materials; including but not limited to pitch decks, brand books, sell sheets, and training decks.

Direct internal and external creative resources on the execution of branded marketing materials

Evaluate and update brand positioning, voice, consumer personas as needed.

SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS & WORK STYLE:

BA required; Marketing is preferred.

Minimum of 7+ years of progressively responsible Brand Management/Strategic Marketing experience at an accessories, fashion or retail organization.

Demonstrated leadership and functional expertise in Brand Management.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand marketing programs.

Visual Merchandising Experiance (preferred).

Jewelry or retail experiance (preferred).

Non-Negotiable Skills:

Strong strategic, creative, and conceptual thinking capabilities.

Experience managing and mentoring direct reports.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple brands, priorities, and objectives.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with peers, direct reports, and senior management.

Must thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment that is growth oriented, fast-paced and serves multiple channels of distribution.

Marketing and business implementation experience with ability to think strategically.

Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional team activities to ensure that timelines and company objectives are met.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent presentation skills and ability to analyze, integrate and present data in a compelling manner.

High energy, positive attitude. Self-motivated and able to motivate others. Team player.

Strong computer literacy & skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word).Ff
