TITLE: Regional HR Director
INDUSTRY: Manufacturing
LOCATION: Chattanooga, TN
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience
RELOCATION: Local candidates preferred, but open to relocate someone

SUMMARY:
- Lead a team of 4 HR Managers providing the full range of HR support to one of the company's business units which consists of five manufacturing facilities
-- this support includes: workforce planning, talent development, coaching, talent acquisition, employee relations, metrics/analytics, etc.
- Travel to the facilities on a consistent basis (about 2 weeks per month)


REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of HR experience
- Strong manufacturing industry experience
- Experience providing HR support to multiple manufacturing facilities
- Able to travel about 2 weeks per month
- Bachelor's Degree
