Job description

Answers incoming calls to Business Office. Assists customers via phone and walk- ins with questions pertaining to their bill or services pertaining to Apex Dental P.A.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum Years of Experience : 1 Year of Experience in Telephone or Customer Service-Related Roles -OR- 2 Years of Experience in Hospital and/or Physician Billing Office
Substitutable Education & Experience (Optional) : None.
Required Certifications/Licensure : None.
Required Training : Excellent interpersonal/communication skills;

Experience with on line computer systems.
