At Allen Edmonds, our Sales Associates/Key Holders deliver exceptional service, via providing an engaged, customer-first experience that embodies the Allen Edmonds brand. In this role you will develop and consistently display a detailed understanding of our sales process and product line, while being able to meet the various needs of our customers. Compensation & Hours Starting pay is $16.00/hour - $18.40/hour There is an opportunity to expand your earnings with uncapped commissions. Final compensation can vary based on guaranteed hourly earnings and opportunity for commission-based earnings in each pay period We offer flexible schedules! What You’ll Be Doing Build Relationships & Exceptional Customer Experiences. Assess and resolve customer questions/concerns in a professional manner, ensuring a seamless brand experience. Assist customers by demonstrating products, emphasizing features and benefits. Actively build strong customer experiences and relationships through superior customer service. Set and Achieve Personal and Team Sales Goals. Passionate about achieving goals while maintaining profitability within a commissioned sales environment Maintain Professional Development Mindset. Continuous professional development by completing product and operational training. Store Presentation. Perform tasks including stock work, visual display, and daily store operations. The trusted ability to be timely in assisting with the open and closing procedures for location. Ability to assist in the necessary maintenance of store location and merchandise, as needed. Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit! 1-3 years of experience in retail store sales, customer service/hospitality environment, required. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required. A self-starter who can effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment; and is customer service focused. Ability to stand for prolonged periods time and use step stools and/or ladders of varying sizes to reach inventory in stock room, required.
