Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to business unit managers on HR programs, procedures, and policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop strategies for retention, development, onboarding, and engagement.
• Conduct regular check-ins with associates and department managers, facilitating open communication and providing feedback.
• Assist in maintaining proper staffing levels and implementing best practices.
• Foster strong partnerships with business units to enhance organizational culture and trust.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to HR-related projects to meet staffing needs effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in core HR principles including confidentiality, labor laws, and retention best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritization and meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Problem-Solving & Interpersonal Skills:

• Utilize existing procedures and analyze information to solve standard problems.
• Offer suggestions for improvement based on thorough analysis of information and practices.
• Communicate effectively and ensure understanding through clear exchanges of information and ideas.

Location: Ocoee, FL Pay Rate: $35.10 per hour
