Job description
North American-based CDMO is growing its operations leadership team!
My client is a well-known North American-based CDMO looking for someone to lead their lean contract manufacturing of small molecule pharmaceutical active ingredients. The Director of Operational Excellence will design and implement lean operations throughout the business and all units. This is an onsite position.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience in progressively responsible roles including those in Lean, Operations, Supply Chain, and/or General Management
- Demonstrated experience with Lean tools including Strategy Deployment, Value Stream Mapping, 6S, Standard Work, FMEA, Problem Solving, Kanban, and Visual Daily Management, 80/20
