Job description
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for vehicle intake and pick-up, as well as document tracking, issuing of bill of sales and other related material. The position reports to the Controller.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years Administrative Experience
- 2+ years of Logistics Experience a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Problem Solving
- Prepare reports as needed
- Title processing
- Bookkeeping & record keeping
- Order processing
- Logistics/Shipping for automobiles
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace
- Follow established office policies and procedures including CONFIDENTIALITY practices
- Follow established safety rules and regulations
- Office administration assistance including answering phone calls, mail processing, business file maintenance
