Job description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to the branch, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and safety.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that the branch is equipped with top talent.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the area, cultivating relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for business growth.
- Develop and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maintained.
- Implement cost control measures and strategic resource allocation.
- Uphold and enforce safety standards in all branch activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Prefer fire sprinkler and/or fire alarm experience. NICET certification a plus.
- Must have P&L Management experience.
- Must have branch/operations experience.
- Minimum of 10 years construction management experience.
