CORPORATE RECRUITER
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for creating strategic staffing approaches to attract a wide pool of qualified talent for the organization as well as managing administrative functions within recruiting. This position exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Manage talent acquisition.
- Post jobs via ATS and use additional promotion in select platforms.
- Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes.
- Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels.
- Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including development and implementation of best practices.
- Consistently analyze and streamline the recruitment process for increased efficiency and less time-to-fill.
- Work with team members to draft and create job descriptions as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.
- Train hiring managers on recruitment-related subjects.
- Develop and manage proactive, passive recruiting processes.
- Attend job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Research, vet, and establish external recruiting resource relationships.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's in related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in related
- Local Travel Expectations: 10%
- Overnight Travel Expectations: 15%
