Responsibilities:

• Speak with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and payments are received promptly.
• Process invoices from vendors and set up vendor accounts.
• Communicate with clients to discuss account statuses, charges or discrepancies
• Reconciliations
• Journal Entries

Requirements:

• Associates Degree not required but preferred
• Microsoft Office products and Excel previous knowledge
• Experience working with an ERP System
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
