Dynamic Opportunity ~ As a full-time Director/Supervisor, working 40 hours per week with on call responsibilities, the Director for the Community Support Services Program provides administrative and clinical leadership, supervision, coordination, and integration. Responsible for managing contracts regarding service delivery, level of service commitments, managed care mandates and outcome measurement. Responsible for program specific and organizational performance improvement initiatives. Responsible for administrative and oversight of all CSS services, including in Home Services.

The Guidance Center ~ is a primary mental health support agency, providing compassionate, professional care for individuals and families with mental health needs in the greater Cumberland County, NJ area. For more than 50 years, our non-profit organization of professionals, doctors, nurses, therapists, and support staff, has assisted the community in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of mental illness.

What does this position look like ~ The Director of Community Support Services Program facilitates weekly team supervisions and at least monthly individual supervision of CSS employees. Provides clinical supervision for program and employees to include community side by side supervisions as needed. Ensures all aspects of program compliance including NJ State and Medicaid regulations. Prepares monthly quality improvement data reports for programs and ongoing
performance improvement efforts. Maintains positive working relationships with community partners to best serve those in CSS

What you need to apply ~

• Master's degree from an accredited college/university in a human service discipline (social work, psychology, or related human services field).
• Active NJ licensure - Licensed Social Worker (LSW)- Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred (LCSW).
• Three years supervisory experience.
• Five years experience in mental health/behavioral health.
• Knowledge of community resources and agencies.
• Valid automobile driver's license with MVR which meets agency standards.
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
